Lisa Clarke has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment across multiple sectors. Currently serving as Product Owner - Talent Acquisition at Skipton Building Society, Lisa supports the implementation of the Talent Acquisition strategy and collaborates with leadership teams to address resourcing needs. Prior to this role, Lisa was Lead Talent Partner at Charlie McIntosh Ltd, focusing on strategic client relationships and bespoke talent mapping solutions. Previous positions include Associate Director - Client Delivery at Newman Stewart, Resourcing Manager at New Street Consulting Group, and various account management roles in IT and Telecoms recruitment. Lisa holds a BA Hons degree in Dance and Theatre Arts from the University of Birmingham.
