Kshitij Mishra

Kshitij Mishra's work experience spans over several years in the technology industry. Kshitij currently serves as the Vice President - Solution Sales at Skit.ai since August 2021. In this role, they lead the Solutions Consulting and Value Engineering teams, formulates strategies for Skit.ai's operations in India, Southeast Asia, and the USA, and builds a team of trusted advisors to understand clients' businesses and provide AI-based solutions.

Before joining Skit.ai, Kshitij worked at Avaya for several years. From 2018 to 2021, they held the position of Regional Director - Sales Engineering, where they focused on driving pre-sales strategies for products, solutions, and new initiatives related to customer experience, UC collaboration, AI, and automation in contact centers and smart cities.

Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, Kshitij was the Manager - Systems Engineering at Avaya, responsible for leading the systems engineering practice for collaboration, contact center, and networking solutions in North India and SAARC.

Before Avaya, Kshitij served as the Head of UC & Collaboration for Huawei Technologies India from 2010 to 2013. Kshitij also worked as the Sr. Manager - Professional Services at COLT Telecom from 2007 to 2010.

Kshitij's earlier work experience includes roles such as Head - Converged Solutions at Avaya GlobalConnect Ltd from 2003 to 2007, Technology Consultant - Enterprise Solutions at Ramco Systems from 2000 to 2003, Technical Specialist at GTL Limited from 2000, and Sr. Customer Engineer at CMS Computers Limited (INDIA) from 1999 to 2000.

Kshitij's career began as a Sr. Engineer - Customer Support at Statart Technologies, where they worked from 1994 to 1999.

Kshitij Mishra completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University in Aurangabad, from 1989 to 1993. Later on, they pursued a Post Graduation Program in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from The University of Texas at Austin, from 2019 to 2020. In terms of additional certifications, Kshitij obtained multiple qualifications, including Microsoft Azure Administrator and Microsoft Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in April 2021, Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon in March 2021, TOGAF® Certification Program from The Open Group in 2018, VMware Certified Professional 6 - Data Center Virtualization (VCP6-DCV) from VMware in 2012, Avaya Certified Expert from Avaya in 2005, Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) from Cisco in 2000, Microsoft Certified IT Professional from Microsoft in 1999, and Certified Novell Engineer (CNE) from Novell in 1997. Additionally, Kshitij is planning to obtain the CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator certification from The Linux Foundation in January 2023, and they are also interested in obtaining the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
