Irvan Mochamad Idris

Irvan Mochamad Idris is an experienced professional in procurement and local content development, currently serving as Procurement Manager at SKK Migas since August 2009. In this role, Irvan evaluates procurement strategies of PSC Contractors to ensure compliance with industry regulations and manages contracts to enhance cost-effectiveness. Additionally, as a Local Content Specialist, Irvan develops policies to empower local products and services, coordinates capacity building initiatives, and evaluates local vendor performance. Prior to this, Irvan worked as a Product Development Specialist at PT. Smart Telecom, focusing on the design and enhancement of communication services. Irvan holds a Master of Business Administration from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Nasional (ITENAS).
