Michal Tyleček

Michal Tyleček has a diverse work experience in sales and business management. Michal is currently working as the Sales Director CZ at Skladon since September 2021. Prior to this role, they served as a Business Manager at Skladon from November 2020 to August 2021. Before joining Skladon, Michal worked at CellCo, s.r.o. as a Sales Representative from February 2016 to September 2017. In this role, they focused on listening to customer requirements, presenting products/services, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. At Skladon, Michal also served as the Key Account & Logistics Specialist from October 2017 to November 2020. In this position, they developed trust relationships with major clients, designed and implemented a strategic business plan, and acted as a communication link between customers and internal teams. Additionally, Michal planned and determined the most cost-effective and timely solutions for project cargo, special transport items, and containerized shipments.

Michal Tyleček attended the Prague University of Economics and Business from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration and Regional Studies. Following this, they pursued further education at the same university from 2016 to 2019, earning an Engineering degree (Inženýr - Ing.) in Logistics with a specialization in International Transport and Freight Forwarding.
