Rafal Klucjasz has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Rafal started their career at Orange Polska in 2001, where they held various roles, including Sales Representative and Business Sales Representative. Rafal then progressed to managerial positions, leading teams and managing strategic and business analysts. Their responsibilities included sales strategy preparation, market analysis, and partnership management. In 2016, they became the Director of Strategy and Value Based Management in the Consumer Market at Orange Polska, where they led a team of 33 people and was responsible for developing and managing the strategic and business analysts team. In 2023, they joined Sklepy Komfort S.A. as the Digital Technology & Performance Director.
Rafal Klucjasz received their Master of Business Administration degree in Executive MBA from AL Kośmińskiego, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a postgraduate degree in Value Based Management at Warsaw School of Economics from 2007 to 2008. Their educational journey began at Technical University of Lodz in 1998, where they obtained a Master's Degree in Organisation and Management with a focus on Sales&Marketing / Management, completing their studies in 2003.
