Milind Joglekar

Milind Joglekar currently serves as the Head of Taxation and Customs at Škoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited, a position held since November 2024, overseeing corporate tax, indirect tax, and customs teams. Previously, Joglekar worked at 3M from June 2014 to February 2025, where responsibilities included leading Corporate Taxation for the India Region and managing Global Tax audits and Corporate Tax litigation for the APAC Region. Joglekar's experience also includes roles as Head of Taxation at Lenovo India Pvt Limited, General Manager of Taxation & Cost Control at Cafe Coffee Day, Manager of Corporate Taxation at ABB Limited, and Manager of Finance, Accounts & Taxation at Bosch Limited (MICO). Educational qualifications include an AICWA from ICWAI, a DFM from NMIMS, and a BCom from the University of Mumbai.
