Michal Sedlak

Michal Sedlak has extensive experience in product development, cost controlling, and user research within the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Head of User Research&Study, Competition Analysis, and Product Cost Optimization at ŠKODA AUTO a.s. since October 2018, Michal also held the position of Head of Product Line Controlling Compact. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager for Product Development and Cost Controlling at 上汽大众 and multiple positions within ŠKODA AUTO, where responsibilities included project coordination and product development. Early career roles involved product engineering at Kautex Textron and design leadership at Valeo and MBtech Bohemia. Michal holds a degree in Aircraft Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague.
