Sourcing and Purchasing

The Sourcing and Purchasing team at Škoda Group North Region is responsible for identifying and procuring high-quality materials and components needed for the production of rolling stock, including low-floor trams and double-deck coaches. This team ensures a reliable supply chain through rigorous supplier evaluation and quality control, working to optimize costs and maintain standards in line with company and industry requirements. They also collaborate with other departments to support both local and international projects, ensuring timely delivery of products to clients in Finland and Germany.
