Roman Sorkin

Roman Sorkin is a seasoned professional in the railway industry with extensive experience in sales and business development across Central Asia and the South Caucasus. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales at Škoda Group since February 2015, Roman has held various roles including Sales Area Director and Sales Manager, focusing on new acquisitions in diverse territories. Roman is also a co-founder of trains2people solutions, offering innovative railway advisory services since January 2021. Previous roles include CEO at VAGONMASH and Area Sales Manager at BORCAD cz s.r.o., where Roman successfully developed key accounts and expanded market presence. With a Master’s degree in Marketing Management from Silesian University in Opava, Roman has cultivated expertise in both the railway sector and medical equipment distribution.
