Alma Matulevičienė

Alma Matulevičienė has worked in various roles within the human resources and recruitment field. Alma started their career as an Office and HR Administrator at Tele2 in 2014 and worked there until 2019. Alma then joined ANCOR Lithuania as an Acquisition Project Manager from 2019 to 2020. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Human Resources Project Manager at Lithuanian Airports. In 2021, they joined Baltic Amadeus as a Talent Acquisition Manager, and later moved to ANCOR Lithuania as the Head of Recruitment Department for Baltic States from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Alma is working at SKOGRAN as the Chief Human Resources Manager.

Alma Matulevičienė obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Klaipeda University in 2012. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Legal Psychology, which they completed at Mykolas Romeris University between 2012 and 2014.
