Catania delivers hands-on technical support for the Park District's daily operations, focusing on the installation and upgrade of Windows Servers and providing comprehensive network support for all devices. She ensures the reliability of daily system backups, oversees IT helpdesk operations to swiftly resolve technology issues, and collaborates on various internal IT projects to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

When she’s not assisting the Park District with technological issues, Catania enjoys taking naps, going to concerts, and dining out with friends. She can’t imagine her life without her beloved dogs, and in case of an emergency, she has a karaoke song list ready to go!
