As the Weber Recreation Supervisor, Kasper is responsible for developing, overseeing, and coordinating a variety of early childhood and youth sports programs, camps, and recreational events. She manages leagues and community activities, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for all participants. In addition, Kasper supervises and trains staff, conducts performance evaluations, and works to create new programs that meet the evolving needs of the community.
Outside of her professional role, Kasper is a dedicated Green Bay Packers fan. She enjoys spending time with her dogs, watching sports, and cherishes her time with family. A big Taylor Swift fan, she also loves to unwind by listening to her favorite music.

The Skokie Park District takes pride in its ability to serve the more than 63,000 residents of Skokie, Illinois and its customers throughout Chicagoland. Whether protecting natural resources, preserving historical sites or providing thousands of unique recreational opportunities within its more than 240 acres of parkland, the district has offered a multitude of quality programs since 1928. In addition to its diverse array of programs and special events, the Skokie Park District also offers summer camps, state-licensed full-day childcare and preschool, and before- and after-school care for grades K-5. The district is a past winner of the “National Gold Medal for Excellence in Park and Recreation Management.”
