The Superintendent of Parks, Planning, and Facilities oversees the administration, management, and operations of Park Services, Golf, and Special Facilities activities. Guynn ensures that all projects align with community needs and sustainability goals. He also develops and implements strategic initiatives to enhance recreational services and facilities, promoting community engagement and wellness.

When Guynn isn’t on the field, he loves spending his time on the golf course—'I like to golf, golf, and occasionally golf.' He always ensures his favorite 58-degree wedge—one he can’t live without—is in pristine condition before hitting the links. When he’s not teeing off, he passionately supports his favorite team, the Scottsdale Community College Fighting Artichokes. You can often find him enjoying his favorite band, Queen, and here's a fun fact: Guynn once crossed Lake Michigan on a wave runner, staying overnight before making the return trip the next day!
