The Weber Leisure Center Facility Manager oversees the operations and management of full-time Managers and Supervisors for both the Weber Leisure Center and Fitness First. Ethan is responsible for leading a team that ensures efficient scheduling, budgeting, planning, and programming, while also managing all staff through hiring, training, and supervision of part-time staff. Ethan leadership roles include all facility rentals, maintenance, security, and cleanliness. He develops and promotes fitness and recreational programming, coordinates special events, and ensures that all facilities meet the district's safety and operational standards.

Outside of work, Ethan enjoys staying active through coaching soccer, biking, hiking, playing tennis and soccer, and taking leisurely walks in the forest preserve. A fun fact about him is that he has had the unique experience of coaching soccer in six different countries, while he also travels to different countries with his family, experiencing unique customs and cultures. A Skokie Resident since 2005, Ethan is a dedicated Wisconsin Badgers and Green Bay Packers fan and a techno/house, classical music enthusiast, while The Rolling Stones is his favorite band.
