The Weber Leisure Center Facility Manager oversees the operations and management of both the Weber Leisure Center and Fitness First. Bontly is responsible for ensuring efficient scheduling, budgeting, planning, and programming, while also managing all staff through hiring, training, and supervision. In addition, Bontly oversees facility rentals, maintenance, security, and cleanliness. He develops and promotes fitness and recreational programming, coordinates special events, and ensures that all facilities meet the district's safety and operational standards.

Outside of work, Bontly enjoys staying active through biking, playing tennis and soccer, and taking leisurely walks. A fun fact about him is that he has had the unique experience of coaching soccer in six different countries. He is a dedicated Green Bay Packers fan and a techno music enthusiast.
