Skokie Park District
In the Skatium Custodial Supervisor role, Bonnet is responsible for maintaining the overall upkeep and appearance of the Skatium Ice Arena and adjacent areas. He performs routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, minor repairs, and facility inspections to ensure a clean, safe, and operational environment. Bonnet supervises, trains, and schedules part-time custodial staff, ensuring that all duties are completed efficiently. He operates the Zamboni for ice resurfacing, manages supply inventories, and handles room setups for programs and rentals. Bonnet works closely with the Skatium Manager and Assistant Manager to coordinate larger maintenance projects and ensures that safety protocols and facility standards are consistently met.
