Jon Savoie

As the Golf Superintendent, Savoie works closely with the Golf Center Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at the Weber Park Golf Course. He is responsible for planning and supervising all aspects of golf course and driving range grounds maintenance, ensuring this facility meets district standards. Savoie inspects the grounds daily to maintain high-quality conditions and supervises maintenance projects, turf management programs, landscaping designs, and proper upkeep of golf course features such as sand traps and trees. He also works to confirm that all pesticide and fertilizer application methods meet Department of Agriculture requirements and performs equipment maintenance and repairs as needed.

When he's not managing golf course operations, Savoie enjoys playing basketball, video games, and working on home improvement projects. He loves spending time with his family, especially watching TV together. Despite being a supervisor, Savoie considers himself an introvert. He can't live without ice cream and is a dedicated fan of the Indianapolis Colts and Purdue Boilermakers. Musically, he's a fan of 'For King and Country' and Ed Sheeran, often finding their tunes to be just what he needs to unwind.
