Kubra Fatima (She/Her/Hers)

As a Teacher Assistant at the Tot Learning Center, Fatima collaborates with the Head Teacher to implement and supervise programs designed to support the development of young children. Fatima is dedicated to ensuring a stimulating and safe environment for children, and she provides hands-on support in areas such as diapering, toileting, and daily classroom activities. She helps with the Ages & Stages Developmental Screenings and Parent-Teacher Conferences and assists in communicating with parents about their child’s progress. Additionally, Fatima helps maintain classroom materials and organizes program-related activities such as special events and field trips.

When she's not busy, Fatima enjoys reading—especially the Bible—researching self-awareness concepts, and collaborating on classroom projects rather than working alone. A fun fact about her is that she has a twin sister who also works with her at TLC. Fatima can almost speak three languages: English, Urdu, and a bit of Korean. She loves playing UNO, even though she says she can never win. She absolutely cannot survive without her phone and books, and she jokes that she'd cease to exist without music—especially BTS, her favorite group. Fatima also loves supporting her favorite athlete, Son Heung-min, and cheering for Team Korea. Musically, she gravitates toward Christian rap and Korean music.
