Mustafa Becoja

Becoja is a skilled professional responsible for managing and maintaining the District's fleet and mechanical equipment. He develops and maintains strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers, ensuring that all vehicles, tractors, mowers, and mobile equipment receive necessary repairs and preventive maintenance. Becoja conducts diagnostic analysis, tracks operational records, and oversees fluid recycling and fuel purchasing. Additionally, he manages the service garage, orders repair parts, coordinates vehicle replacements, and supervises staff as needed. Becoja also handles special event logistics, such as operating and setting up mobile stages, ensuring the proper functioning of mobile radios, fire extinguishers, and first aid boxes in all vehicles. His responsibilities extend to ensuring safety inspections and vehicle licensing are up to date, with a focus on maintaining security of tools, equipment, and vehicles. Becoja also supports snow removal efforts and is available for emergency call-outs as required.
