At the Tot Learning Center, Tammo brings her expertise as an Early Childhood Teacher to guide young children through critical stages of development. Tammo carefully plans and implements age-appropriate activities, supervises part-time staff, and ensures a clean and organized classroom that meets DCFS standards. She conducts developmental screenings, collaborates with parents through regular conferences, and actively participates in staff training and program-related activities. Taylor’s approach is rooted in empathy, cultural awareness, and a commitment to creating a nurturing space where children can thrive.
When it comes to fun facts, Tammo proudly admits she’s an organization enthusiast—she likes things to be just right (call it OCD, she jokes!). Her family is everything to her, and she couldn’t live without them. While she isn’t a big sports fanatic, she cheers for the 49ers for her husband, a die-hard fan, and supports the Cubs. When it comes to music, Tammo enjoys dance, hip hop, and classics from the 70s and 80s—pretty much anything but metal and country!
