Skokie Park District
As a Graphic Designer for the Park District, Walker helps create all print, web, and digital materials. This can include, but not limited to, seasonal brochures, newsletters, flyers, signage, displays, websites and other design projects. Walker also works alongside the Director of Communication and Marketing in the coordination and execution of departmental communication projects.
In addition to Walker's artistry, Walker enjoys skiing, biking, and photography. You can find him perfecting his culinary skills or maintaining the one thing he cannot live without—his record collection!

The Skokie Park District takes pride in its ability to serve the more than 63,000 residents of Skokie, Illinois and its customers throughout Chicagoland. Whether protecting natural resources, preserving historical sites or providing thousands of unique recreational opportunities within its more than 240 acres of parkland, the district has offered a multitude of quality programs since 1928. In addition to its diverse array of programs and special events, the Skokie Park District also offers summer camps, state-licensed full-day childcare and preschool, and before- and after-school care for grades K-5. The district is a past winner of the “National Gold Medal for Excellence in Park and Recreation Management.”
