Elena Zhuravleva

Elena Zhuravleva is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Policy Making at Skolkovo Institute of Science and Technology since March 2019, where key responsibilities include leading process management and managing internal communications related to corporate strategy. Previously, Elena held the position of Senior Program Specialist at Norilsk Nickel for a brief tenure, supporting ESG agenda implementation and creating communication plans for organizational transformation. Earlier experience includes serving as a Consultant at the Ministry of Justice, where Elena planned cross-functional conferences and developed external communications. Elena holds a PhD in Law from The Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, along with various professional education qualifications in graphic design and psychology, as well as certifications in Agile methodologies.
