Bruce Lowry

Bruce Lowry has a diverse background in international relations and communications, with experience in various roles at organizations like Skoll Foundation, Skoll Global Threats Fund, Novell, Oracle, and the U.S. Department of State. Bruce holds a B.A. in International Relations from Pomona College and an MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies. Currently, Bruce serves as the Vice President of Investments at Skoll Foundation, overseeing policy and global security initiatives.
