Lena Pagels, PMP

Lena Pagels, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Lena is currently a Product Owner at Skolon, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at IST Group, where they served as a Project Manager from January 2019 to February 2022. Lena also held the role of Project Manager and Product Owner from August 2016 to January 2019, and was the PMO Responsible from October 2014 to August 2016. Before joining IST Group, Lena was the Head of PMO at HCL Technologies from November 2013 to October 2014. Lena also held the role of Head of PMO Sweden at Spielo G2 from August 2009 to November 2013.

Lena's career began at Boss Media AB in 2000, where they worked as a Developer from June 2000 to June 2002 before transitioning into the role of Project Manager from June 2002 to August 2009. Prior to that, they worked at Xperimenthuset as a Supervisor from April 1994 to August 1996. Lena also has experience in the construction industry, having worked as an Engineer, Construction at EWJ AB from April 1991 to July 1992, at PEAB AB from November 1989 to April 1991, at Lindstam arkitekter from December 1987 to November 1989, and at TLAB from October 1986 to June 1987. Overall, Lena Pagels brings a wealth of experience in project management and construction to their current role as a Product Owner at Skolon.

Lena Pagels, PMP obtained their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Växjö University. Lena received this degree from 1997 to 2000. Lena also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the PMI Sweden chapter, which they obtained in May 2015.
