Ole Lidegran

Ole Lidegran has over two decades of work experience in various roles and industries. Ole is currently the Chief Product and Development Officer at Skolon since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the CIO at Lärandegruppen AB from May 2018 to August 2021.

From June 2014 to May 2018, Ole held the position of Head of IT/IT-chef at Lärande i Sverige AB, where they worked closely with company leaders to establish an efficient IT department and focused on customer needs and growth.

Before that, they served as an IT-strategist Bildning at Motala kommun from October 2011 to June 2014, where they collaborated with municipal leaders and politicians to develop long-term IT plans in the fields of education, culture, and sport. Ole also worked as an IT-coordinator at Bildningsförvaltningen Motala kommun from June 2009 to June 2012.

Ole's earlier experience includes working as a Consultant at Fronter AS, where they provided education and guidance to large Swedish customers on setting up their ILP systems. Ole worked with customers from pre-school to college students during their tenure from 2004 to 2010.

Furthermore, they have a background in teaching, having worked as a Teacher in Media at Motala Kommun from January 2003 to May 2008. Ole also served as an Educator at Blekinge Institute of Technology from January 2001 to January 2002.

Starting their career, Ole worked as a Salesman at SIBA AB, specializing in computer and mobile phone sales to both private and business customers from July 2000 to July 2001.

Ole Lidegran completed their high school education at Tycho Braheskolan Helsingborg from 1997 to 2000, where they focused on social sciences with a special emphasis on the European Union and art. Ole then pursued a bachelor's degree in information technology from Blekinge Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2003. In 2003, Ole attended Malmö högskola, where they earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in education, completing their studies in 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they undertook theological studies at Uppsala University. Lastly, in 2019-2020, Ole attended Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education, focusing on business administration and development.
