David Hogan

David Hogan has extensive work experience in the financial services industry. David most recently served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Skopos Financial since February 2020. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief Analytics and Marketing Officer at Springleaf Financial Services from August 2012 to February 2020. David also worked at PNC Financial Services Group as the Senior Vice President of Payment Products Strategy and Analytics from August 2010 to March 2012.

David's earlier experience includes various roles at JPMorgan Chase from September 1999 to August 2010, such as Senior Vice President and Senior Director of Portfolio Risk Management, Chief Risk Officer for Small Business Cards, Senior Vice President of Small Business Marketing, and Senior Vice President of Head of Pricing and Portfolio Marketing. David also worked as a Vice President of Risk Management at First USA from 1999 to 2001.

David Hogan obtained an MBA degree in Finance from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware, from 1991 to 1995.
