Marcel Schorn

Marcel Schorn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations management across various organizations. As Co-Owner of SKOR since November 2018, Marcel focuses on continuous improvement and excellence. Serving as CEO and co-founder of ERMASport since September 2001, a vision is driven to create a motivating environment for team members while fostering connections with stakeholders. Marcel also actively contributes to setting European safety standards as a member of the CEN/TC 136/WG 22 committee and the NEN subcommittee, addressing safety issues in gymnastic and playing field equipment. Previous roles include Operations Director at IJslander and Respo, and Engineering Manager at Tyco BSPD, laying a strong foundation in engineering with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Saxion University of Applied Sciences (1992-1996).
