Melody Warouw

Melody Warouw is an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in property management and operations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operations and Residential Portfolio Manager at Skotdal Real Estate since August 2019, Melody oversees a portfolio of multi-family properties in the Everett area. Prior experience includes over thirteen years at Rosen Properties, where responsibilities included managing substantial commercial properties, preparing budgets and reconciliations, and enhancing tenant retention. Earlier roles at AvalonBay Communities and Trammell Crow Residential involved managing luxury communities, budget preparation, and property management duties. Melody Warouw holds a degree from Columbia College, earned between 2018 and 2022.
