Nikki Rust has over 17 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Nikki is currently working as the National Sales Manager at Skout's Honor® since May 2022. Prior to this, Nikki worked at RDO Equipment Co. as the Trucking Manager for California from January 2020 to May 2022. Nikki also served as the Executive Vice President of Operations at Jerry Rust Trucking/J&B Demo, Inc. from January 2007 to May 2019. In addition, Nikki held positions at Pretty Vulgar & Blinc, Inc. as the Global Director of Training & Education/Global Trainer from January 2017 to March 2019, at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics as the Sales and Education Manager from January 2012 to November 2016, at Estee Lauder Group of Companies as the Estee Lauder/Clinique Sales Account Coordinator from 2007 to 2011, at Macy's as the Estee Lauder Business Manager in 2008-2009, and at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as Regional Sales from October 2005 to July 2008.

Nikki Rust completed their high school education at El Capitan High School from 2000 to 2004. Nikki then pursued further education at Grossmont College from 2004 to 2006, earning an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Spanish Language and Literature.
