Palle Lundberg

Palle Lundberg is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in public administration and organizational management. Currently serving as the CEO of Sveriges Kommuner och Regioner since October 2022, Palle Lundberg oversees a membership and employer organization that supports Sweden's municipal and regional sectors. Prior roles include City Director for Helsingborgs Stad, responsible for a workforce of over 10,000, and Municipal Director for Botkyrka Kommun, where Palle Lundberg led an organization of more than 6,000 employees. Palle Lundberg’s career also includes leadership in various organizations, such as Mälarenergi Stadsnät AB and Västerås Stad. Educational qualifications include certifications in board governance, a Master's degree in Rapid Growth, and a teacher's degree in physical education.
