Karol Górnowicz has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Fundraising Coordinator for the Emerging Markets Business Summit. From 2012 to 2013, they were an Intern for Bloomberg, a Global CEMS Student Board Representative for CEMS MIM, and a Summer Intern for the US Small Business Administration. In 2012, they were also President of the Global Student Board for CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Business Development Manager for Feedinity.co and an Associate and Visiting Associate for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In 2017, they became the CEO of Skriware, an IoT ecosystem that teaches programming, robotics, and develops social and emotional skills. Finally, in 2022, they became an EdTech Expert for Coleman Research.

Karol Górnowicz attended the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University from 2012-2012, where they obtained a CEMS Master in International Management in Business Administration and Management, General. Karol also attended a Summer School at George Mason/Georgetown University in 2013, where they studied Economics. From 2011-2013, they attended CEMS, where they obtained a CEMS MIM in International Management. Karol obtained a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2012-2015. Karol also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) from 2008-2011. Lastly, they obtained a CEMS Master's in International Management from CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education in 2012-2013.
