Elena Markou

Elena Markou is a seasoned professional in talent management and people development with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as People Growth Lead and previously as Talent Performance & Development Specialist at Skroutz since January 2021, Elena has a strong background in talent acquisition and engagement from positions held at Dialectica, where roles included Talent and Engagement Specialist, Talent Acquisition Lead, and Talent Recruiter from February 2018 to December 2020. Prior to that, Elena gained experience as an HR Intern at Deloitte Consulting in 2017 and worked as a Career Consultant at Φροντιστήρια Έλιξ from 2014 to 2016. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Alba Graduate Business School and dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology from Technische Universität Dresden and Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
