Grigoria Pontiki

Grigoria Pontiki is a Senior Product Designer at Skroutz since February 2022, focusing on enhancing the user experience in the marketplace by improving cart conversion, designing secure checkouts, and managing order processes. Prior experience includes serving as a UX Researcher at Workable from November 2015 to August 2021, where Grigoria built initial research processes, mentored team members, and ensured product accessibility. Additionally, Grigoria worked as a UI Engineer at Workable and Skroutz, developing custom frameworks and features. Grigoria began the career as a freelance UX Designer/Developer after earning a BSc in Informatics and Computer Science from Technological Educational Institute of Lamia.
