Magnus Bohlin

Magnus Bohlin has a diverse work experience in various finance and accounting roles. Magnus started their career as an Authorized Public Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2004 to 2009. Magnus then joined Johnson & Johnson as a Consultant and later worked at Merck Serono as a Consultant (Business controller) in 2010 and 2011 respectively.

In 2008, Magnus joined Skruf Snus AB as an Accounting Consultant, providing support for the closing process, annual report, and corporate tax matters. Magnus spent over 10 years with the company.

In 2009, Magnus co-founded H&B Financial Partner AB, where they served as Chairman of the board. The company provided economic services with a personal touch. The accounting part of the business was later transferred to Elite Accounting Sverige AB.

From 2010 to 2019, Magnus was the Chairman of the Board at Selected Office Europe AB, playing a crucial role in an informal restructuring that saved the company from bankruptcy. Magnus also co-founded Luma Finans AB and served on its board from 2016 to 2019.

In 2011, Magnus took on the role of CFO, Sweden at 4finance AB, a rapidly expanding fintech company. Magnus successfully increased the company's turnover from 20 million SEK to 250 million SEK and achieved strong operating margins through cost control and financial optimization. Magnus stayed with the company until 2018.

From 2013 to 2017, Magnus co-founded and served as Chairman of the Board at Elite Accounting Sverige AB, a focused entity created to handle accounting activities transferred from Financial Partner.

Most recently, Magnus worked as an interim CFO at Bzzt AB in 2020, during the restructuring of the company due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Magnus employed their expertise in finance to navigate the entity through this challenging process.

Throughout their career, Magnus Bohlin has gained extensive experience in accounting, finance, and business control, contributing to the success of the companies they have worked for.

Magnus Bohlin completed their Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics with a focus on Finance and Accounting from Stockholm University between the years 2000 and 2004. Additionally, in 2003, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance at Baruch College.
