Clara Lahlouh Paye is the founder of UNiTE Food, which launched the world's first globally inspired protein bar, specializing in gluten-free and nostalgia-driven flavors. In addition to leading UNiTE Food, Clara serves as a mentor at SKU and is the founder of a collective dedicated to supporting BIPOC executives in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. Clara is an active member of YPO and previously held roles as Managing Director and Board Member at EZ-FLO International. Clara has also founded Tiny Crowns, a pioneering swimwear brand designed for children. Clara holds degrees in Business and Entrepreneurship from USC Marshall School of Business, an MBA in Marketing from California State University, Fullerton, and a certification in Executive Leadership from Stanford University.
