Aisling Fenix has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Aisling began their career as a Head Sailing Instructor at various sailing clubs in the US and Ireland from 1993 to 1998. Aisling then served as an Officer in the Royal Navy Reserves from 1998 to 2001. Following this, they worked as a claims handler at Thompsons Solicitors from 2003 to 2004.

In 2004, Aisling joined Eversheds Sutherland as a Senior Associate until 2012. During their time there, they also worked at Skuld as an FDD Lawyer for a brief period in 2008. Aisling returned to Skuld in 2012 and held the roles of Assistant Vice President and Lawyer until 2023. Currently, they serve as the Vice President and Lawyer at Skuld.
