Tobias Told

Tobias Told has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Tobias started their career in the hospitality sector, working as a Demi Chef de Rang at Hotel Lebenberg Kitzbühel and later as a Headwaiter at Seabourn Cruise Line. Tobias then transitioned into the hotel industry, serving as a Host at Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel Oslo.

In 2004, Tobias moved into the financial sector, working as an Actuary at Statens Pensjonskasse. Tobias later joined DnB NOR as a Senior Auditor, where they gained extensive knowledge in credit risk models, stress testing, risk aggregation, and diversification. Tobias also had contact with the Norwegian FSA in these areas.

Following their role at DnB NOR, Tobias worked as a Senior Advisor at Finanstilsynet, the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway. Tobias then joined Storebrand, where they held multiple roles, including CRO of Storebrand Banking & Insurance, CRO of Storebrand Bank & Storebrand Asset Management, and Head of Risk Management.

Most recently, Tobias worked as the CRO at Skuld.

Tobias Told attended the University of Oslo from 1999 to 2006, where they obtained a Cand.Scient. degree in Statistics (Risk & Reliability Analysis) and Actuarial Sciences. Prior to that, from 1985 to 1988, they studied at the Hotelfachschule Bad Hofgastein and earned a degree in Hotelkaufmann.
