Wen Yang

Wen Yang has extensive experience in quality management and engineering across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of Quality at Skullcandy Inc. since November 2014, previous roles at Skullcandy include Quality Manager and Senior Quality Engineer. Prior to Skullcandy, Wen Yang worked at Black Diamond Equipment from September 2006 to January 2015 as a Development Engineer, Operations Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on product development and manufacturing processes. At Ford Motor Company between March 2004 and July 2006, Wen Yang held positions as Product Planning Analyst, Vehicle Operations Engineer, and Research Engineer, contributing to vehicle program cost analysis and research projects. Wen Yang holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Master of Engineering in Engineering Management from Penn State World Campus.
