Olivia Moravec

Olivia Moravec is an accomplished professional in the hospitality and wine industry, currently serving as an Account Sales Representative at Michael Skurnik Wines since January 2019. Previously, Olivia held key positions such as Dining Room Manager at Eleven Madison Park, where service excellence was upheld, and Assistant General Manager and Wine Director at UNI Restaurant, where an award-winning wine program was designed.
