Kim Wren

Kim Wren has a diverse work experience starting in 1999 as the Owner/Agent of KTS Tours & Cruises, where they arranged business travel for contracted clients with complex itineraries. In 2003, they became the Owner of BackRoadPicking, a parent company operating a sales venue for antiques and collectibles. From 2006 to 2010, Kim worked as the Ecommerce Manager and later as the Director of Ecommerce & Operations at Industrial Equipment Supply/Industrial Pink, where they managed online sales and developed products for market. Kim then joined SkuVault in 2014 as the Director of Client Services, overseeing inventory management systems. Finally, in 2019, they became the Senior Director of Business Development at SkuVault, responsible for growing the business and maintaining relationships.

Kim Wren's education history includes earning an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Sinclair Community College from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a certificate in Travel and Tourism from ASTA Certification from 1999 to 2009. In 2001, they completed a certificate program at the Disney College of Knowledge, and also obtained a certificate from Sabre Global Training in the same year. Earlier in their education, from 1989 to 1991, Kim Wren earned an Associate's degree in Business Marketing from Sinclair Community College.

In addition to their formal education, Kim Wren has obtained several certifications. Kim holds a Certified Business Professional Master Executive Business Management certification from Sinclair Community College, which they obtained in May 2021. Kim also holds a Direct Support Professional Specialist in Mentoring and Supervision (DSP) certification, also obtained from Sinclair Community College in May 2021. Furthermore, they have obtained a certification in "Quick Fixes for Poor Customer Service" from LinkedIn in May 2018.
