Shri Venkatesh has a strong background in litigation law, particularly in commercial and regulatory litigation. Shri has worked as a Founding Partner at SKV Law Offices since June 2013, handling cases in commercial company litigation, alternative dispute resolution, energy/infrastructure laws, and environmental law. Prior to that, they were a Senior Associate at HSA Advocates & Solicitors from October 2010 to May 2013, where they focused on infrastructure regulatory disputes and represented various power traders, exchanges, generators, transmission companies, and regulated entities. Shri also gained experience as an Associate at J.Sagar Associates from February 2008 to November 2009, representing power trading corporations and distribution companies in various legal matters.
Shri Venkatesh completed their high school education from Air Force Bal Bharati School in New Delhi, graduating with a Class 12 degree in the field of High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Shri then pursued further education in law, attending Amity Law School at Guru Gobind Singh Indra Prastha University in Delhi. Shri obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from 2003 to 2008, specializing in the field of Law.
