Ilgaz Manuel Baglikaya is currently the Managing Director at SKWEEK where the goal is to professionalize European basketball. He is also the Co-Founder & General Manager at Tripoki, focusing on leading the search and negotiation with strategic partners. In addition, he is the Founder of Kibele İnvestment, offering support to international companies in the Turkish & Spanish markets. Previously, Ilgaz has held positions such as GM Barcelona at Blueground, Deputy CEO at DETUR GROUP, Co Founder & CEO at Açıkgişe, and Sponsorship Executive at Euroleague Basketball. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from INSEAD and a Licentiate Degree in Economy & Business Administration from Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
