Prior to this role, Melissa worked at Alstin Communications from May 1997 to February 2013 as a Lead Billing Representative, where responsibilities included managing client accounts, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, preparing insertion orders, and updating monthly tiered rates for advertising package fees. Melissa is a graduate of John W. Hallahan High School, having completed studies there from 1993 to 1997.
