Brandon Barnes

Brandon Barnes is a seasoned professional in the renewable energy sector with extensive experience in wind energy. Currently serving as a Technical Training Instructor at Sky Climber Renewables since May 2020, Brandon previously owned Brandon's Wind Energy Services from June 2017 to March 2020, specializing in commissioning, advanced troubleshooting, and large-scale repowering projects. Additionally, from 2018 to January 2019, Brandon was an Adjunct Instructor at Ecotech Institute, focusing on electrical systems within the wind turbine industry. Earlier roles include working with the Major Component Task Force at NextEra Energy Resources from June 2012 to December 2017, where major components of wind turbines were replaced, and serving as Project Manager at Western Fireplace Supply from June 2004 to May 2009. Brandon holds an Associate of Science degree in Renewable Energy from Ecotech Institute, attained between 2010 and 2012.
