Andy Gill

Andy Gill is an experienced professional in social media and audience development, currently serving as the Head of Social Media and Audience Development for Sky Sports since February 2023. Prior to this role, Andy held the position of Strategic Partner Manager for UKI News at Facebook from June 2021 to January 2023. Andy's extensive background at Sky includes various roles such as Senior Manager of Startup Partnerships, Product Owner for Third Party Platforms, and Senior Social Media and Digital Innovation Marketing Manager, where Andy focused on leveraging social media to meet business objectives. Earlier in Andy's career, roles included Social Media Editor, Deputy Social Media and Communities Editor, Sports Journalist, Editorial Assistant, and Broadband Producer. Andy holds a BA in Journalism and Economics from City St George’s, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from Toronto Metropolitan University.
