Chris Johns is the Chief Engineer of Broadcast Strategy at Sky, a position held since 1989. Previously, Chris worked as a Studio Engineer at the BBC from 1985 to 1989, where they gained experience in studio engineering and teaching. Chris holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middlesex University, which they completed in 1985. Additionally, Chris is a Fellow of SMPTE and an Honorary Fellow of BKSTS.
