Gavin On

Gavin On is the Head of Engineering at Sky, where they lead various strategic initiatives and manage a team of 15, impacting a broader workforce of nearly 50. Previously, Gavin held several key roles in project management and engineering at companies such as Genomics England, Agilisys, and Xchanging, where they successfully delivered numerous high-impact projects. Gavin holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Chemical Engineering from UCL, graduating with First Class Honours. Their extensive experience includes launching innovative products, managing substantial budgets, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
