Heather Cairns

Heather Cairns is currently a Business Change Lead at Sky, where they focus on driving collaboration among diverse teams and managing projects at a fast pace. Prior to this role, Heather worked in various capacities at Sky, including Senior Project Manager and Training Business Consultant, where they successfully managed strategic change projects and training solutions. They began their career at Sky in 2006, contributing as a Training Delivery Administrator, and previously gained experience working in a fast-food environment, enjoying the interactions with a range of customers. Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with their dogs and engaging them in playful activities.
