Ian Brown

Ian Brown has extensive experience in customer service and operational management, having held positions at various companies since the early 2000s. At Welcome Financial Services Ltd, Ian served as Customer Sales & Service Manager from February 2001 to March 2010. Subsequently, Ian worked at BSkyB from March 2014 to June 2015 as Head of Site and also served as Customer Experience Manager. Ian's tenure at Sky included roles such as Head of Service Operations, focusing on the development of asynchronous messaging solutions, and acting as Head of Site. Prior to these roles, Ian was Head of Operations at Voice Telemarketing from March 2010 to May 2011. Ian holds a distinction in HND Business from Crewe & Alsager College and has completed A-levels at Thomas Rotherham College.
