Priyesh Ranmal

Priyesh Ranmal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Head of Omni-channel CX & Propositions and Head of Digital Transformation at Sky since July 2021, Priyesh has prior experience as the Head of Digital Experience at NatWest Group from October 2017 to July 2021. Additionally, Priyesh held the position of AVP, Head of Design at Chubb between September 2013 and October 2017, and was the Head of UX & UI at Chelsea Apps from April 2012 to September 2013. Priyesh holds a degree in Transport & Product Design from Coventry University, with a focus on transport design.
