Sam Holt is an experienced Senior Engineering Leader with 15 years at Sky, where they led high-performing engineering and delivery teams across diverse domains such as digital merchandising and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). In their role as Senior Engineering Manager, Sam drives strategic alignment and technical excellence while fostering people development within complex, multi-disciplinary environments. Passionate about building inclusive cultures, Sam actively implements agile practices and champions initiatives that enhance team performance and customer-centric solutions. Prior to Sky, Sam gained experience in sales at The Listening Company and held various content management roles at Office Blueprint. Sam holds a Bachelor's degree in Media and Management from St. Mary’s University, Twickenham.
